In space the walls are white and everything has to be clean so that nothing gets caught in the air filters. We must be careful because we live in space.
I dream of earth and I am transported because my mind is fluid and does not belong to a single space time.
In death I am energy, sharing consciousness with everything that is and was. I know it intimately, because its me.
I am a star. I am a galaxy. I am a universe inside of an endless looped timescape.
I am where I was before I was born and that is why i’m not afraid.

In the scheme of things, we found ourselves lost in the city, hungry for excitement and more over drunk on a sun that would never set in the wake of our endless Chicago summer. It’s was in our youth that we laid in the tall city grass, lost in an uncut pocket, overlooked by the wicked regulations that doomed our forsaken secret garden in an unused part of West town.
The sweet summer air glides through the river of rail that cuts through the buildings and gently caresses my cheek with such care that I’m certain that I am her most loved. The scent of foliage, ripe with life and peppered with the soiled city stench, collapses me into a overall state of internal confusion that sedates and pleasures. We live and love like we we’re destined to exist like this for a lifetime and when the leaves turn brown and the air cools I awaken from my state, hung over and without any recollection of how I’d gotten here, standing on the precipice of eternal life but afraid look down.

“I don’t think this is our spot anyways.” She yells. The bird sanctuary was the best spot so far, but it’s in a bird sanctuary and that would probably draw some attention.
For those of you who haven’t been a photoshoot before, you may be surprised by the number of people and stuff on even the smallest of commercial shoots. There are going to be 5 people on set, Me, the photographer and my photo assistant, Jenn and Lauren as stylist and art director, the model Margeaux, our hair and make-up artist. There’s going to be a clothing rack with 30 outfits and all my gear. Not to mention that there will be 2 4’x8′ reflectors highlighting a beautiful swimsuit model. With a set-up this large, it’s kind of hard to keep a low profile. Besides, I don’t really want to be the one responsible for stepping on some endangered bird or something.
“Let’s get out of here!” I yell.
